Quantity Training Kitchen (QTK)
With an Emphasis on Indian cuisine and international cuisine, bulk cooking and catering is is practiced in QTK by the second year students. Food is made in large quantity and served in the training restaurants all the practical sessions.
Basic Training Kitchen (BTK)
Our basic training kitchen with an emphasis on continental cuisine is well equipped with modern equipment and utensils. Preference is given for individual cooking to master the art of cooking for the first year students.
Bakery and Confectionery
Basics of bakery and confectionery products are taught along with different blending methods of dough and batters. Both first year and second year students are getting chances to learn to make different types of bread, cakes, pastries, puffs, biscuits, mousses, sugar, chocolate works etc.
