Quantity Training Kitchen (QTK)
With an Emphasis on Indian cuisine and international cuisine, bulk cooking and catering is is practiced in QTK by the second year students. Food is made in large quantity and served in the training restaurants all the practical sessions.

Basic Training Kitchen (BTK)
Our basic training kitchen with an emphasis on continental cuisine is well equipped with modern equipment and utensils. Preference is given for individual cooking to master the art of cooking for the first year students.

Bakery and Confectionery
Basics of bakery and confectionery products are taught along with different blending methods of dough and batters. Both first year and second year students are getting chances to learn to make different types of bread, cakes, pastries, puffs, biscuits, mousses, sugar, chocolate works etc.

Training Restaurant
The training restaurant enables the students to learn various aspects of food and beverage service including table setting, order taking & serving, , banqueting ,preparation of various cocktails as well as mocktails . Training restaurants include a basic training restaurant for first year students , an advanced training restaurant for the second year students and a mock bar for the third year students The students are trained to excel in fine dining,  related etiquettes and service standards. It is one of the most important components of this industry.

House keeping
The department of housekeeping consists of the laundry, florist, guest rooms etc. Here the students get an intensive training on the laundry process, importance of cleanliness, transforming the beautiful flowers into exotic bouquets,arrangements, and the delicate business of makinga guest feel at home.

Front Office
Front office department deals with guest handling procedures such as reservations, registrations, check-in and check-out procedures, bell desk services, telephone operation, cash handling, fax billing, role plays, situation handling and case studies etc. PMS is installed in Front office which is an added advantage for the students.

Computer Lab
Well equippe computer labs with modern technology and internet is an opportunity for students to update themselves with the latest trend in the industry.
